So I'm tempted to buy Hyperspaces, but I reckon we're pretty close to the Lion being let out of the cage and that would probably mean abandoning Hyperspaces soon after purchase and having to wait for v2 because Lion is so different. Are you a Lion beta tester and if so can you make a general comment about that?

Honestly Mick, at this stage your guess is as good as mine. Apple haven't given developers a copy of Lion yet, so I really don't know. I'm expecting there will be some features of Hyperspaces that will part of Mac OS X come version 10.7, but I simply don't know. When I do, and when I can — I will let you guys know.

G'Day Tony,
I've been a beta tester for several of Apple's OS X versions in the past (not any more), and if you're telling me you're on their list and you haven't seen a copy of Lion yet then they're many months away from anything good enough for the great unwashed out there. So I guess that's your way of saying "Go ahead and buy now" :-)

I use a lot HyperSpace since ßeta, I love it, but something is always missing, it is the background image in the Spaces when I hit F8 and see all my Spaces with a blue background.
Maybe for tomorrow ?

@Mick: I am saying I haven't seen hide nor hair or Lion. Other developers may have, but if they have they are being very, very quiet about it. It's not my way of saying "buy now" — I say buy my app if you think you're going to get use from it now :)
@Spider: A few people have asked for this, so I'll be looking into it for a future version — but no promises, I don't know if it's possible.

I've just upgraded to 1.1 and there is problem with HyperSpaces after switching user account and coming back (fast switching - not logging off). All preferences seems to be lost and you have quit and reopen program. Any ideas?
